• Solve a real problem for a real organization.
• Demonstrate Marlboro Graduate School - learned strengths
• Stretch yourself - it should be a challenge
• It should prepare me for where I want to go
• Advisor role: to encourage excellence

• 3-5 classes (40% maximum for any 1 class)
